Terms of Service and Refund Policy
Muns – Retailer Service

By registering for or using Muns ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be a business owner or authorised representative registering a physical retail location. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2. Service Description
Muns is a platform that allows retailers to list their shops and cash-based offers on a public map. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
3. Payment and Refund
Registration costs $24 USD per year (or local equivalent). Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not see or store your sensitive payment credentials (such as credit card numbers). Those are handled exclusively by the payment provider.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@muns.app. Refunds after 30 days are not available, even if you choose to close your account before the subscription period ends.

4. Account and Conduct
You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your login. You may not use the Service for illegal purposes or spam. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.
5. Content and Responsibility
You own your shop data and offers. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display this information on our public map. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, legal, and up-to-date.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.
7. Termination and Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data instantly at any time via the dashboard. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Subscription expiry and grace period. If your paid subscription is not renewed by its expiry date, your account will enter a 24-hour grace period during which you may still renew and keep full access. If no renewal occurs within those 24 hours, your account and all associated data (including shops and offers) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muns and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via a dashboard message or email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, regardless of where the Service is hosted or accessed from.
